BEEF TAPA is a traditional cured beef meat seasoned with salt, black pepper,soy sauce and secret spices.
Its perfect for fried rice and we called it TAP-SI-LOG which means TAPA= Cured meat, SI= shorten for Sinangag ( fried rice) and LOG= shorten for ITLOG means EGG. Usually served in Filipono breakfast/lunch.
